— THIS CALL HAS NOW CLOSED —

Do you feel overloaded?

Do you want to better manage your time?
Is your inbox a mess and you don’t know how to fix it?
Are people in your life complaining you work too much?
Do you feel you are expected to be available/online all the time?

If these questions resonate with you, or you feel like you lack control over work-life balance, come along to one of the workshops we are organising in January 2017 at UCL (near Euston station, London).

During the workshop, we will provide you with research-informed strategies that can help you better manage work/personal time and space, devices, and availability. You will have the opportunity to finally do something about it (by implementing a new strategy that works for you), rather than putting it off to another day. And yes, there will be refreshments!

Because we would like to know how you get on with these strategies, two weeks after the workshop we would like to invite you to have a brief chat (~20min) over Skype and fill out a couple of surveys. To thank you for this, you will get a £50 Amazon voucher!

You can find more details about the workshop here: Workshop details.

Following our three successful workshops in December, we are offering two more dates this January 2017:

  • Monday 16th January 2017, 6-8pm (UCL)
  • Thursday 19th January 2017, 6-8pm (UCL)

To take part in the workshop, fill out the form below and one of the research team will be in touch to confirm your attendance. We can reimburse travel expenses within London.

Please remember, there are limited spaces available for each workshop so please provide your preference.

Also, you will need to bring your devices to the workshop so we can help you implement a new strategy that works for you!
